I am Teresa Molyneux, and after more than 20 years in the real estate industry, I have started my own Real Estate Brokerage: TJR Realty.

I have had to take many more hours of education, which puts me at a level of knowledge and experience that's higher than your average REALTOR. I know the business and am a skilled negotiator; I understand "the Art of the Deal." Along with my real estate experience, I have a lot of knowledge in the residential construction industry as well, working with my husband and family in our construction company, Molyneux Construction.
